Thank you so much for everything! I am so happy with my new 20/20 vision. The entire experience is life changing.I want to thank Michael for providing a very informative consultation. He answered all my questions, dispelled any myths, and quelled all of my concerns. I have to admit that I was still very nervous on the day of my surgery. I want to especially thank the wonderful ladies at the front desk that maintained a warm and courteous disposition. That was very important, as the front desk people will sometimes deter a prospective patient by being abrasive and uncompassionate. However, the staff was very receptive and assured me that everything was going to be okay. They were absolutely right! The procedure was quick and painless as well as the healing process. Also, I really appreciated the fact that the technician explained everything that was taking place; she helped to keep my mind at ease.Dr. Dello Russo was awesome and is truly a skilled surgeon. Dear Joe:

For reasons now unfathomable to me, I for a long time resisted using contact lenses and, particularly, having LASIK surgery. However, a recent confluence of events has indicated to me that it is time for me to do one or the other.

You came most highly recommended by personal friends in the health care industry and so I chose the surgery; however, not without some trepidation. Now, I wonder what took me so long!

Truly extraordinary. The procedure was, as described, short and painless. The recovery, likewise short and uneventful. I now have 20/20 vision. The only downside, which I am guessing will end shortly, is that I keep reaching for my old glasses that are never there and never needed.

In addition to your obvious and well documented expertise, the team you have put together is truly extraordinary and a pleasure to work with. If you ever need a recommendation, which I am guessing you won’t, call me.

I’ll keep this short. It’s been exactly one year now since my custom corneal wave front Surgery. I want to tell you how happy I am with my 20/15 vision. I have been meaning to write to you, and now after one year, this would be just as good a time to express my gratitude for your expertise and professionalism.

As you know I had a severe astigmatism in both eyes, and I was a nervous Wreck too. I am thoroughly happy with my decision to get this done by you, and specifically you. Additionally, I was handling some steel wool and when I got a piece of metal stuck in my eye, you were deliberate, professional and courteous not to mention effective in removing the foreign body and restoring my vision back to where it is now.

I just wanted to let you know how thoroughly satisfied I was with everything about your facilities, the staff, and of course the outcome, and that I do not take anything for granted.

Dear Dr. Dello Russo:

Last July, I garnered the courage to undergo elective surgery: Lasik. I had worn glasses since the third grade and now that I had a third grader of my own, I had enough of them. Over the years my lenses were getting thicker. When I played with my sons, the frames were knocked around and the glasses would fall off my face. The lenses were scratched and were not clear to look through. I was becoming more miserable with each day that passed.

I looked around and found no other doctor with as much experience and satisfied patients as you. I scheduled the surgery for July, 2003 and was treated courteously by your professional staff. Immediately after surgery, I realized that I could see better. I kicked myself for not having called you sooner. Nine months post-op, I see 20/20 in one eye arid 20/15 in the other. I have no regrets and enjoy my vision on a daily basis. It is easy to take for granted but not long ago I was tied to a heavy frame of glasses that traveled down my nose with every step I took. The operation is a modern miracle of medicine. I was so impressed that I gave my wife Alicia the operation for Christmas and ever since December, she has been enjoying perfect vision.

I have enthusiastically recommended you to colleagues and clients considering laser eye surgery.
You will never truly know how much you have changed my life and made each day better. I thank you for the magic you shared with me and my famuy.

I was your patient this past weekend for Lasik surgery, which you performed this past Friday, December 1st. I traveled from Memphis, Tennessee specifically to have the procedure done by you. I had made this decision after careful consideration and research on the Internet and through my relatives’ recommendations.

Being in the service industry, I can certainly appreciate service excellence beyond the expectations and trivial formalities. Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today’s work world. The courtesy extended to me by your staff during my visit was impressive because of its rarity.
