Dear Dr. Joseph and Dr. Jeffrey,
I’ll keep this short. It’s been exactly one year now since my custom corneal wave front Surgery. I want to tell you how happy I am with my 20/15 vision. I have been meaning to write to you, and now after one year, this would be just as good a time to express my gratitude for your expertise and professionalism.
As you know I had a severe astigmatism in both eyes, and I was a nervous Wreck too. I am thoroughly happy with my decision to get this done by you, and specifically you. Additionally, I was handling some steel wool and when I got a piece of metal stuck in my eye, you were deliberate, professional and courteous not to mention effective in removing the foreign body and restoring my vision back to where it is now.
I just wanted to let you know how thoroughly satisfied I was with everything about your facilities, the staff, and of course the outcome, and that I do not take anything for granted.
I realize that it is not a God given right, to be able to have perfect vision, and that you and through technology and your expertise, I have been given the true gift of perfect vision with no complications at all. I look forward to the rest of my life without glasses and contact lenses.
