I was your patient this past weekend for Lasik surgery, which you performed this past Friday, December 1st. I traveled from Memphis, Tennessee specifically to have the procedure done by you. I had made this decision after careful consideration and research on the Internet and through my relatives’ recommendations.
Being in the service industry, I can certainly appreciate service excellence beyond the expectations and trivial formalities. Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today’s work world. The courtesy extended to me by your staff during my visit was impressive because of its rarity.
From the moment I was picked up at the Embassy Suites by Allan, to the moment I walked in the office, I was greeted with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine concern for my well being. Tia, Nancy Moro, Orlando, Stephanie, Michael Torres, Mario, José, Ralph, Debbie, and Jeanette were all there to meet my every need. Such concern is refreshing, especially in a medical office.
I applaud you and your entire staff for being so terrific. Thank you for my renewed gift of great sight, and also for providing such a welcoming environment. I will definitely recommend your services!
