Dear Dr. Joseph and Dr. Jeffrey,
My husband and I want to thank you both for the excellent care that we have received in your office. Everyone has always been very concerned and professional. From the people at the desks, Clara, Dana and Nancy, to your assistants, Edward, Michael and Dr. Rini, to your operating room assistant, Lynn, we couldn’t have asked for better medical professionals. Whenever I need to call, whether to make an appointment or ask a question, I am remembered and treated well. When Al had to have his right eye flushed out, everyone in the office showed their concern for him and strived to make him feel comfortable and at ease. Both of you have been patient with us and are willing to spend time with us to ease our fears and concerns. I can’t sing your praises enough. I have been giving your business cards to everyone we know who expresses even the least bit of interest in the LASIK procedure.
